A team effort of every undergraduate Brother, pledge and volunteer alumnus, CHAMPION QUEST is a results-driven recruitment initiative that provides training and motivation to dramatically increase the number of quality men added to the membership roles of Kappa Sigma each year. 

In 1872, Stephen Alonzo Jackson was initiated into Kappa Sigma, and would go on to transform a struggling local fraternity into a strong international Brotherhood. Since his death in 1892, the success of the Order is the direct result of Jackson’s devotion “to make Kappa Sigma the leading college fraternity of the world.”

Kappa Sigma has renewed its pursuit of Jackson’s Dream through the most dynamic recruitment campaign in the organization's history... a campaign that has yielded six consecutive years of record-setting membership growth and elevated Kappa Sigma to new heights, as the most preferred college fraternity in North America.
