The new dates for the 2020 Leadership Conference are January 8-10, 2021. The Opening Session is scheduled to be at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 8th, 2021.
Where is the 2020 Leadership Conference now?
The new location for the postponed 2020 Leadership conference is now in Las Vegas, Nevada at Bally’s January 8-10th, 2021.
If I had already registered for the 2020 Leadership Conference, do I need to re-register?
No, ALL registrations were updated for the new time and location of the Leadership Conference. If you need to modify or cancel your registration due to the change in dates, please click below. Cancellations will be fully refunded until November 1st, 2020. If you are an Undergraduate and need to make a substitution for a delegate you can do that by clicking the link below as well or you can email Lindsay Hochstetler at [email protected].
What about my hotel reservations?
If you made your own reservation with the previous Hotel in Denver (Hyatt Denver Convention Center) your reservation has been canceled with no penalty.
If you made your hotel request when registering, that reservation request has been updated to the new dates and location for you. If you have questions about these or need to make any changes please modify your hotel request in your registration or email [email protected].
All undergraduate hotel rooms are the same (1 room per chapter). Any additional nights and rooms previously requested, have been updated to the new dates and hotel. If your chapter needs to make any changes to their rooms, or add additional rooms please email [email protected] right away.
