Kappa Sigma Fraternity is seeking a dedicated and motivated Experience Coordinator to help drive alumni engagement and support the growth of emerging Chapters. This position is ideal for a relationship-builder who is passionate about leadership development, alumni relations, and organizational excellence.

As our Experience Coordinator, you will:
- Enhance alumni engagement by coordinating programs, communications, and events with volunteer leaders.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and recognition of alumni volunteers.
- Provide critical administrative and logistical support to developing colonies from recruitment to Chapter Installation.
- Collaborate on leadership development initiatives and track Chapter progress as part of the Chapter Improvement Program.
- Help implement retreats, special projects, and long-term growth strategies in alignment with the Fraternity’s mission.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience with event planning, volunteer coordination, or membership development (preferably in a Greek-letter organization or nonprofit setting).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a dynamic team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and represent Kappa Sigma at key events.
