Record-Breaking Support Fuels Scholarships and Headquarters Campus Expansion
The Kappa Sigma Endowment Fund is proud to announce the most successful fundraising year in the organization’s 106-year history, with a record level of support directly benefiting undergraduate scholarships and the historic expansion of the Kappa Sigma International Headquarters and Campus in Charlottesville, Virginia.
This milestone reflects the extraordinary commitment of Kappa Sigma’s alumni and undergraduate Brothers to invest in the future of the Fraternity. Over the past year, more than 25,000 individual donors contributed to scholarship funding and the Headquarters expansion through the Legacy at the Lawn Campaign.
During this academic year, Kappa Sigma awarded more than $575,000 in scholarships to 805 undergraduates representing 260 Chapters—a 14% increase over the previous year. These awards continue to make a meaningful impact by supporting academic achievement and leadership development across the Brotherhood.
Ongoing initiatives—including One of the Jackson’s Men, Alumni Dues, Parents Leadership Circle, the Five Campaign, and the Stephen Alonzo Jackson Weekend of Giving—have collectively strengthened the Endowment Fund’s ability to provide substantial, lasting, and record-setting support. Together, these efforts are funding hundreds of scholarships while advancing the transformation of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity Headquarters Campus.
The Campus expansion, which is the finest college fraternity headquarters in the world, will enhance individual Chapter archives. expand museum exhibits showcasing Kappa Sigma’s storied history, and enhanced leadership training spaces. This project reinforces the vision of maintaining the premier educational facility in the fraternal world. It will further elevate leadership conferences and retreats, present world-class historical programming, and deliver state-of-the-art experiences for visiting Brothers.
The Legacy at the Lawn Campaign will culminate at the 76th Biennial Grand Conclave in Charlottesville in July 2027, marking the grand opening of the completed Headquarters Campus.
The Supreme Executive Committee and the Trustees of the Kappa Sigma Endowment Fund extend their sincere gratitude to the thousands of Brothers—both alumni and undergraduate—whose generosity is helping secure the future of Kappa Sigma and strengthen its legacy as A Brotherhood Like No Other.
Thank you for your continued commitment to investing in the future of our Order.
