Kappa Sigma is proud to announce the reestablishment and installation of the Lambda-Omega Chapter at Lander University in Greenwood, SC. This past Saturday, November 15, 2025, they were reinstalled as our 229th Chapter. On February 11, 2025, the Lambda-Omega Colony at Lander University kicked off, and over the last few months, these men have worked hard to earn their Chapter’s Charter. To achieve their charter, just this year, the 33 men of Lambda-Omega donated over 1,434 hours of community service, and completed multiple workshops on time management, the Code of Conduct, and Champion Quest.
These Brothers were joined by Executive Director Emeritus Mitchell B. Wilson (Beta-Nu, ’78), Colony Commissioner Noah Griffin (Omikron, ’18), Experience Coordinator Wesley J. Mason (Theta Prime, ’14) and Ritualist Owen R. Evon (Theta Prime, ’21), who represented the Fraternity. Special thank you to Phi-Zeta Alumnus Advisor Shelton Shealy (Phi-Zeta, ’24) for his assistance.
We would also like to thank the Brothers of the following Chapters who attended the Installation as ritual teams:
Phi-Zeta – University of South Carolina Aiken
Theta Prime – Cumberland University
Brothers everywhere wish Lambda-Omega the best as they begin their road to excellence and offer our congratulations!
