4 Kappa Sigma is proud to share the Supreme Executive Committee has voted to grant a charter to the former Ewing, New Jersey Colony, becoming the new Phi-Alpha Chapter. On March 29, 2022 the Ewing Colony was kicked off, and today, less than a year later, this colony officially became the 435th Chapter of Kappa Sigma. The newest Chapter of the Order earned this honor by maintaining 61 members, maintaining membership in numerous other campus organizations outside of the Order, taking part in specialized workshops, including Code of Conduct and Champion’s Quest, and establishing Chapter operations in the required departments of a healthy Chapter. The Brothers also donated over 2,100 hours of community service this year.

These Brothers were joined by Worthy Grand Master of Ceremonies Adam Poe (Kappa-Mu, ’06) representing the Supreme Executive Committee, their District Grand Master Brandon Y. Leung (Gamma-Upsilon, ’11), Alumni Advisor Alexander D. Del Vecchio (Sigma-Psi, ’15), Assist Alumni Advisor Timothy W. Beggs (Theta-Delta, ’96), ADGM Michael C. Zarnowski (Upsilon-Kappa, ’18), and Ritualist James DelRocini (Xi-Rho, ’15).

Other Brothers in attendance include:
District Grand Master Zanas D. Talley (Sigma-Psi, ’15),
VP of External Affairs Leo Brown (Theta-Theta, ‘04),
Assistant Director of Recruitment Nick Hauck (Alpha-Iota, ‘15)

Thank you to all the volunteers and alumni who helped make this installation special.

We would also like to thank the Brothers of the following Chapters who attended the Installation as ritual teams.
Nu-Iota – Rowan

Brothers everywhere wish Phi-Alpha the best as they begin their road to excellence and offer our congratulations!
