Kappa Sigma has assembled a premier and expanded 2021-22 AREA RECRUITMENT MANAGER (ARM) team.

As we exit the pandemic, the ARM Class of 2021-22 will be perhaps Kappa Sigma’s most consequential. This special group of talented brothers will be tasked to ensure our rightful place as the Most Preferred Fraternity in the world and to help elevate those chapters who have been most affected.

Meet the team below:

Adam Scherman (Tau-Mu, Capital University, ’17)

Brother Scherman led the Tau-Mu Chapter as Grand Master of Ceremonies and Grand Master.  He also was elected President of the Student Government at Capital University.  We are excited to have him join the ARM team!

Braden E. Rehkemper (Upsilon-Upsilon, Illinois State University, ’21)

Brother Rehkemper is a Founding Father of the Upsilon-Upsilon Chapter at Illinois State. He led the Colony as Grand Procurator and Grand Master.  His expertise as a Colony leader will be vital for this ARM team!

Eric de Souza Piasentin (Upsilon-Iota, Boca Raton,
Florida, ’18)

Brother Piasentin is a Founding Father of the Upsilon-Iota Chapter. He led his Chapter as the Grand Procurator.  Brother Piasentin is originally from Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese and French. He graduated in May 2020 with a 3.97 GPA and is completing his Masters degree in Computer Science.

Hunter J. Labbie (Sigma-Xi, West Florida, ’17)

Brother Labbie led the Sigma-Xi Chapter as the Grand Master of Ceremonies and the Grand Master. In 2020, Brother Labbie was awarded an Outstanding Grand Master award at Leadership Conference.

 

Mark L. Gigliotti (Delta-Gamma, University of
Wyoming, ’18)

Brother Gigliotti is a founding father of the Delta-Gamma Chapter at the University of Wyoming. He led the Chapter as Grand Procurator. In 2019-20 he served as the Undergraduate Advisory Committee member for Area 5. Last year he was our Area Recruitment Manager for the South area.

Nicholas M. Hauck (Alpha-Iota, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, ’15)

Brother Hauck led the Alpha-Iota Chapter as Champion Quest chair, Grand Treasurer, and Grand Master.  Last year he was our Area Recruitment Manager for the Midwest area.

 

Noah Griffin (Omikron, Emory & Henry College, ’18)

Brother Griffin is a Founding Father of the Omikron Chapter at Emory & Henry College. He led the Colony as Grand Scribe and Grand Master. In 2019, he served as a Grand Conclave intern, and in 2020 he was a Headquarters intern. Brother Griffin is also a starting pitcher for the Emory & Henry baseball team. 

Stephan D. Simmons (Gamma-Nu, Washburn University, ’17)

Brother Simmons led the Gamma-Nu Chapter as Grand Master of Ceremonies, Brothers in Action chair, and A Greater Cause chair.  He graduated in December of 2020 with a degree in History.

Walker J. May (Lambda-Epsilon, University of Central Florida, ’15)

Brother May led the Lambda-Epsilon Chapter as Champion Quest Chair and Grand Treasurer. Last year he was our Area Recruitment Manager for the Southeast area.

 

William “Matthew” Griffiths (Theta-Rho, McNeese State University, ’18)

Brother Griffiths led the Theta-Rho Chapter as Grand Master of Ceremonies and Grand Master.  In 2019-20 he served as the Undergraduate Advisory Committee member for Area 4.
