The Undergraduate Advisory Committee (UAC) serves a critical function within the Fraternity by ensuring that undergraduate viewpoints are presented to the Supreme Executive Committee and that undergraduates’ voices are heard directly.  Each member of the UAC is elected to a 1-year term by the chapters in his area.  Brother Charlie F. Lichtenwalter (Xi-Epsilon, Thiel College, 2018) is representing the Brothers of Area 3 on the UAC. He kindly joined us for an introductory interview.

What’s the best advice for Kappa Sigma Chapters that you can give?

Every day, challenge yourself and your fellow Brother[s] to go outside of your comfort zone.  Whether it’s for philanthropy, champion quest, or being a leader in your chapter, test your limits and trust your Brothers.  The confidence that you have in yourself and your Brothers is the keystone to your success. Remember, Kappa Sigma is number one, second to none.

Thank you for your leadership Brother Lichtenwalter. We know that the undergraduate Brothers in Area 3 are well represented this year! AEKΔB!
