If you have previously booked a flight through the Fraternity AMEX Portal, please use this link.
If you are booking for the first time, you will receive a separate email inviting you to the portal.
- Please register and book your flight by October 11. Flights booked past this date will not be covered.
- Please book your flight to Charlottesville, VA (CHO) to arrive no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, November 6 and return anytime on Sunday, November 8.
- Please let us know if you plan to drive, we recommend you do if you are within four hours of Charlottesville. Your mileage to/from will be reimbursed
- Transportation from the airport to The Kimpton Hotel will be provided.

Champions’ Weekend 2026 is designed to bring special attention to the Champion Quest and expansion efforts of each District of the Fraternity, and we’re pleased to invite one undergraduate and one Assistant District Grand Master of Champion Quest to Kappa Sigma International Headquarters from November 6-8, 2026 for one of Kappa Sigma’s most exclusive events.
This will be a truly special weekend for our Order as we share in fellowship and work together to ensure Kappa Sigma remains number one and can continue its efforts to expand to every campus in North America. By attending this weekend, you will be an asset to the Fraternity in the years to come and will be expected to assist your District in its Champion Quest and expansion efforts in whatever capacity possible.
