Hall of Honor – Mitchell (Mic) Bruce Wilson

Brother Mic Wilson was initiated into the Beta-Nu Chapter at the University of Kentucky on January 15, 1978. Brother Wilson is a 1980 graduate of the University of Kentucky and upon his graduation was employed by the Kappa Sigma Fraternity as a Chapter Consultant at the International Headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia. Brother Wilson would serve in the positions of Executive Assistant, Director of Chapter Operations, Director of Public Relations, two terms as Acting Executive Director, 10 years of service as Editor of the Caduceus, and has served as the Executive Director of Kappa Sigma Fraternity since 1987. Brother Wilson was appointed as Executive Director at the 56th Grand Conclave in Indianapolis, Indiana in July 1987. Brother John Ryan announced to the Grand Conclave that Wilson was appointed as the Executive Director of Kappa Sigma. He has served consistently in that position over the course of three decades. Brother Wilson wears Jackson’s Men Pin Number 5 at the Diamond Level and his son Theodore Mitchell Wilson was initiated into the Beta-Nu Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at the 2015 Grand Conclave in Las Vegas, Nevada. He wears Jackson’s Men Pin Number 4072.

Brother Wilson and his wife Joan make their home in Charlottesville, Virginia. Brother Wilson is a native of Lexington, Kentucky. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Averett University and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program of the American Society of Association Executives and the University of Maryland.
