Know Your Local COVID-19 Health Guidelines
Knowing your local health and safety guidelines regarding COVID-19 will be critical to know what events can be conducted in person and how they can be done safely. Please familiarize yourself with any university meeting and event guidelines for greek and student organizations. Your DGM can also advise what additional state and local health guidelines may be in place.
Our COVID-19 Fall 2020 Rush Resource Guide will help you plan events under different health guideline scenarios.
Update the Chapter/Colony Roster
The Chapter will receive its monthly assessment on the 1st of each month. Please, update your roster on KappaSig.Net before August 31, 2020, to ensure your assessment reflects only the members currently enrolled. All one-time fees and monthly assessments are due upon receipt and payable through KappaSig.Net.
Please Review the Assessments, Fees, and Due Dates
If you have questions regarding your chapter account, please contact Lisa Moses, Accounts Receivable, at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have trouble updating your roster, please contact Kim Yancey, Membership Coordinator, at email@example.com.
Report New Pledges on KappaSig.Net
Remember to report new pledges via KappaSig.Net. You should report new pledges immediately when they accept a bid from the Chapter. You will need each new pledges email address to make the report.

Update your Chapter’s Web Presence
Update your Chapter’s website and social media accounts to ensure the most current information about your Chapter is available to potential pledges, parents, and alumni. Make sure that you are using Kappa Sigma’s most current official logos.
Some campuses are starting remotely or have restrictions on large group gatherings. The business of the Chapter can still be conducted virtually.
