Dennis B. Haskins, IV entered the Chapter Celestial on September 27, 2026 at the age of 75. Brother Haskins was a 1970 Initiate of the Alpha-Iota Chapter at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and was an accomplished actor, known primarily for his role as Principal Richard Belding in Saved by the Bell and its various spin-offs.
Brother Haskins’ filmography included beloved programs such as Saved by the Bell, The Dukes of Hazzard, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Victorious, How I Met Your Mother, The Twilight Zone, and Magnum, P.I.
Brother Haskins is remembered for a deep love and appreciation for his fans, and left a lasting impact on American sitcom culture, portraying one of TV’s most iconic principals in one of the defining sitcoms of the ’90s.
