Kappa Sigma is proud to announce the reestablishment and installation of the historic Gamma-Mu Chapter. Originally founded in March of 1909, the Chapter was reinstalled on April 11, 2026. The Gamma-Mu Colony kicked off on September 11, 2025, and over the last seven months, the Colony has worked incredibly hard to earn its Charter. To achieve this, the 41 men of Gamma-Mu contributed 1,458 hours of community service to the Pullman community, donated over $3,075 to charitable organizations, and completed multiple workshops on time management, the Code of Conduct, and Champion Quest. The chapter has included notable alumni such as Edward R. Murrow and former WA Secretary of State Sam Reed.

These Brothers were joined by District Grand Master & Ritualist Jordan Valenti (Kappa-Rho, ’10), Area 5 Recruitment Manager, Kobe Lage (Phi-Theta, ‘25), and Executive Director Bradley Bailey (Upsilon-Delta, ‘19), who represented the Fraternity.

We also want to extend a special thank you to the dedicated alumni who were in attendance for this historic evening, and the Brothers of the following Chapters who attended the Installation as ritual teams:

  • Beta-Psi – University of Washington
  • Gamma-Theta – University of Idaho

Brothers everywhere wish Gamma-Mu the best as they begin their road to excellence and offer our congratulations!
