The official membership development program of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, BROTHERS IN ACTION (BIA), maximizes the Kappa Sigma experience by concentrating on chapter development through personal action goal setting in the areas of Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship and Service.

Beginning with the BIA for Pledges program, Kappa Sigma provides opportunities for personal growth and development that guides members not only during their college careers, but throughout life.
