The Delta-Eta Chapter at the University of Southern California pledged 43 men this spring in their first deferred rush year. This has been a difficult change on their campus, but they have responded with a 62% increase year over year.
The Chapter embraced the switch to deferred recruitment this year and utilized the time in the fall to give them more exposure on campus. During recruitment, they used a team system that utilized the strengths of their entire Chapter. As a result, they brought in the biggest pledge class on campus, and it is one of our biggest classes in Delta-Eta history.
